All orders are shipped worldwide from the United Kingdom by Keekaboo.
All prices are in UK pounds. If you are placing an order from outside the U.K, we recommend that you check the current currency conversion rates at www.xe.com/currencyconverter.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day after receipt of payment. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked (UK) or Royal Mail International Standard (EU/ROW) unless you select an alternative carrier where that option is available. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
For international orders, we recommend that you select a shipping service with tracking - for any orders placed with shipping via the standard Royal Mail International service, we cannot be responsible for delivery once the order has been passed to Royal Mail. We can provide proof of posting if requested, but any claims for non-delivery will need to be taken up with your local postal service provider. Please note that delivery times vary, and that the delivery aim quoted by Royal Mail is not guaranteed. Orders are very rarely lost.

If you have ordered the wrong item and/or size/colour then we will request payment from you to cover postage & packaging for the new delivery.
